CPR168 is part of a community-wide initiative by Christians Across Watford to mobilise prayer for our town. It is not necessarily about getting to pray more, but to pray more specifically for our town – for our schools, colleges, neighbourhoods, workplaces and businesses. It seamlessly links with your calendar so you remember when you have committed to pray and includes a guide with links to prayer podcasts and written prayers to help you.
CPR stands for ‘Continuous Prayer Revolution’ and it unites people from all Christians regardless of denomination and background to prayer on an hourly, weekly and monthly basis in different ways.
The CPR168 app and website facilitate this hourly prayer, helping believers to join together in 15-minute segments with an aim for the Church in Watford to sustain 168-hour-a-week continuous prayer. The app gives a live update of how we are doing at any one time in building up to this aim.
Download the app, sign up, use the app to set prayer appointments in your calendar, and you can be part of round-the-clock and around-the-town prayer for the people of Watford.
